How this module works — step by step

A quick guide to preparing your Odoo exports and what the tool does with them. Expand each step for details.

Audit date / time & timezone

How the audit window is applied to your Odoo exports.

  • Odoo stores timestamps in UTC; the export viewer shows them in your user profile timezone (typically Asia/Jakarta, UTC+7). Set the filter in the same timezone you're auditing in.
  • The audit window is inclusive of start, exclusive of end. Pick the moment the auditor began the physical count as start, and "now" (or count completion) as end.
  • Apply the same start/end to both the POS Order Lines filter (Step 2) and the POS Sessions filter (Step 3) — otherwise sold qty won't reconcile.
  • Sessions opened before the window but still In Progress are included; closed sessions in the window are excluded.
