How the audit window is applied to your Odoo exports.

Odoo stores timestamps in UTC; the export viewer shows them in your user profile timezone (typically Asia/Jakarta, UTC+7). Set the filter in the same timezone you're auditing in.
The audit window is inclusive of start, exclusive of end. Pick the moment the auditor began the physical count as start, and "now" (or count completion) as end.
Apply the same start/end to both the POS Order Lines filter (Step 2) and the POS Sessions filter (Step 3) — otherwise sold qty won't reconcile.
Sessions opened before the window but still In Progress are included; closed sessions in the window are excluded.
